RECENT WORK: Fitness Magazine

Mostly I shoot kids. But I make an exception when the grown-ups are cool. This group of women definitely qualify!

Fitness Magazine seeks out and finds incredible women doing great things in their community. And I get the chance to shoot these fabulous people! Here's Lauren with Healthworks Foundation. Look for her in the July/Aug issue of Fitness Magazine.

Otto

[ Last week we had to put our dog, Otto, to sleep. He was ten and had an aggressive cancer taking over his body. We adopted him in 2006. ]

They had you for the first five years — where you were stuffed with steroids, rarely let out of your tiny cage, shocked for sitting down and beaten repeatedly. We had you for the last five years — where you were loved completely, where you were a member of our family. The last five made up for the first — but five years with you was not enough for us.

RECENT WORK: Fitness Magazine

Fitness Magazine has a way of finding amazing people doing great things in their community. I was lucky to photograph CycleKids yesterday. Please check out their blog and their facebook page. This group is inspiring! This program is exactly what our schools need.

[ the article and photographs will appear in the sept issue but I thought I'd share a very flattering photo of me in a tree from the shoot ]

Poppy Love

I'm obsessed with all the beautiful flowers blooming right now in New England — but nothing moves me like a single poppy.

An Agent

Finding and choosing a rep is hard—really hard! It was easier to find my husband actually. Of course I wore a lot more skirts ten years ago.

So I've been approached by seven reps over the past few months. All wonderful reps! But one stood out over the others—and I'm happy to announce that I've signed with Tracy Bennett Stewart of Zero2Sixty here in Boston. Just what I need is another "marriage." No really, I mean it. It is just what I need. And a great agent-photographer relationship should feel like a healthy, happy, working marriage. I think I've found that with Tracy.
