Flavours by Donna Hay is another favorite cookbook of mine. Made this tomato tart this weekend. Yea, I guess you could say it was tasty—my husband and I ate the entire thing before it even had a chance to reach the dinner table. Oh, poor tart!The only thing I changed up were the tomatoes—I used Garden Peach heirloom tomatoes from my garden, which actually look and feel similar to a peach. They're beautiful!
