I can't resist anything in this color blue. This is a handmade sweater, purchased in Boston, that is so beautiful it makes me wish I could knit. (Well, almost.)

Dropping Like Flies

More and more magazines are closing up shop everyday in this economy. It's very sad. Especially as I'm an editorial photographer. One of my favorite magazines to work for and to subscribe to is/was Wondertime. This magazine not only excelled at great content and design, it was full of wonderfully creative ideas and advice for parents. It's a great loss!

It's Been a Very Long Winter

While I wait for my flash guy to finish my website, I decided to get my fix for Spring and ignore the snow outside. So I planned my garden for this coming season, bought and organized my seeds and organized my overstuffed Garden Binder.

Did I mention that I'm a tad bit crazy about gardening? And you didn't believe me.

SHOOT: Namaste (yoga series)

So I've been working on a new series called "Namaste." Here's a taste -- I will have more on my new site, coming soon. This specific shoot was done at the SCLA/Boston for some promotional flyers/local ads.

The Nursery

  

The Nursery — a work in progress. There are 2 trees. The one here is a growth chart. There are birds in the trees and bugs in the grass. I painted each blade of grass around the entire base of the room — there are 2 shades of green. Yes, I'm totally insane.
